The Ministries of Southview Church

First Place 4 Health (a simple bible study, health discussions, exercise encouragements, and great fellowship) as we grow closer to Jesus, learn how to put Him first and live a healthier life (we might also lose some weight!):
Tuesday evenings at SV Church, from 7 to 8:30 pm.

Class on the Book of Daniel, Pastor Hiner is teaching another class on the book of Daniel: 
Thursday evenings at SV Church, from 7 to 8 pm.

This is a mostly generic list of general ministries of any Seventh-day Adventist Church.  We are in the process of updating each of these links with, 'real' information about these ministries at Southview Church.  (If you are involved with one of these ministries, please contact Randy Sly or Ralph Cramer to update your information.  Thank you.)

The ministries of this church are the life blood of this church.  You will want to become involved where your spiritual needs can be fulfilled and where you can share what God has done in your life.  Whether it is joining in community service or becoming part of the youth group we want for you to find a  place to serve and a place to grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Adult Sabbath School - Join one of our adult Sabbath school lesson study groups. Every week small groups get together to share what they learned from the lesson and how it has made a difference in their lives. You can get study helps here

Children's Ministries - The children in our church are not just the future--they are actively included in the ministries of the church today.

Community Service - Part of being a good neighbor is providing services to our surrounding community.

Family Ministries - We all belong to a family and no matter who your family is made up of, we want to support you.

Health Ministries - Heath Ministries is not only about assisting our members with living healthier, happier lives; it is also about reaching out to the surrounding community.

Prophecy Seminar

The Southview Pathfinder Club - The Pathfinder Club is part of a world-wide co-ed scouting type organization sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Juniors and teens in grades 5-12 of any religion, or none at all, are welcomed and encouraged to join this ministry.

Women's Ministries - Women's Ministries provides the opportunity for women to grow spiritually and socially through a network of support groups active in the church.
